Blog Interview on Adoniram Judson

Our friends at B&H Academic have recently launched a new blog. The blog editor is Jake Pratt. It just so happens that Jake is also a PhD student studying biblical theology at SEBTS, so we think LifeWay landed a keeper when they hired Brother Pratt. You should check out the B&H Academic Blog.

Yesterday, the B&H Academic Blog published an interview with several of the contributors to Adoniram Judson: A Bicentennial Appreciation of the Pioneer American Missionary (B&H Academic, 2012). The book was edited by the inimitable Jason Duesing, a proud MDiv graduate of SEBTS who now keeps everyone straight out at Southwestern Seminary. The contributors to the volume include our own Danny Akin and Nathan Finn. B&H Academic interviewed all three of these men, plus Paige Patterson and Greg Wills. Many readers will know that Dr. Patterson is the past president of SEBTS. Our friend Dr. Wills has never been affiliated with SEBTS, but we’ll keep him around anyway.

We hope you’ll scoot on over to the B&H Academic Blog and learn more about the life and legacy of Adoniram Judson. We’d also urge you to pick up a copy of Adoniram Judson: A Bicentennial Appreciation of the Pioneer American Missionary, which would make the perfect stocking-stuffer this Christmas.
